Why Maydm
I want to create spaces where everyone–especially girls and youth of color–feels confident to explore their passions, knows their unique strengths are valued, and thrives as their authentic selves.
Background
Asia has a diverse background in wilderness stewardship, natural resource management, workforce development, and youth empowerment. For the past 10 years, Asia has worked primarily in workforce development within the environmental sector both with federal agencies and nonprofit organizations. Asia loves facilitating immersive and equitable program experiences for youth to find joy and meaning in their work. Asia has a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Philosophy.
