Host an Intern

As a Maydm Internship Partner, you are investing in local, diverse, and talented interns by engaging with them at the start of their STEM careers. Our internship pool includes students with prior training, dual enrollment in associate-level programs, prior experience in one or more internships or programs, and/or eligibility for continued employment through youth apprenticeship upon completion of the internship period.

Not sure you’re ready to commit students to an actual project? You can also provide an introductory level internship for an intern with less experience, but still able to contribute to appropriate level projects. 

We will typically place a minimum of two students with each company. Students will spend up to 40 hours/week,   Monday through Friday, on company projects and assignments with a supervisor. Internships can be in-person, hybrid, or remote, based on students and company needs.
